EXTESSY coaching is a particularly important element in reducing costs in the overall development process. The more you “frontload”, the more you can save later during tests and quality assurance.
The reason is simple: If you have personal coaching in how to use the tools and methods early in the development, you will realize "on the job" results. Our coaching is not academic, it is notably practical. We are happy to share our knowledge so that you and your employees can pass it on in your own company. Usually one coach is responsible for a team of 3-5 employees. This means there is enough time for questions, so these questions do not arise later in practice. Coaching at an early point in the development process can be a real process accelerator in the short-, middle- and long-term.
As part of pilot projects and their defined phases (see Consulting), EXTESSY provides process coaching and technical consulting during the introductory phase of development tools:
- Support during the requirements analysis
- Support for user-specific work with the tools
- Support during modeling
- Coaching during software and software-driven system tests
- Management coaching and development using practical project work
